Terms of use
Effective: October 12, 2026. PDF Pro is published by Stackwares. Contact: dev@stackwares.com.
Mac App Store purchase
PDF Pro is intended as a paid download. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or paid feature unlocks. Actual price, taxes, supported territories, purchase terms and refunds are determined by the App Store at purchase. The application is licensed under Apple's standard end-user license agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Your documents
You retain ownership of your documents. Use PDF Pro only for material you have permission to access or modify. Keep independent backups and verify exported, redacted, printed and signed documents before relying on them. Digital signatures and validation results do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of certificate trust. PDF compatibility and editing fidelity vary by document; unfinished features are not advertised as supported.
Open-source notices
PDF Pro is derived from PdfCraft (https://github.com/storytold/pdfcraft). Upstream and dependency copyright notices and licenses remain in the application bundle. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses. PDF Pro is not affiliated with Adobe. Third-party product names belong to their owners.

Website material is provided for information. We may update these terms and the product description as the app develops. Our Privacy policy explains local app storage, website hosting and support correspondence. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
