The Mac app
PDF Pro processes PDFs, annotations, form data, images, OCR and signatures locally on your Mac. It has no account system, advertising, analytics SDK, telemetry, tracking, subscription or in-app purchases. Stackwares does not receive your documents or usage data through the app.
PDF Pro stores preferences, recent document paths, pinned folders, saved file permissions (security-scoped bookmarks), recovery copies and local diagnostic logs in its sandbox container. Digital IDs you create are stored locally; imported keys remain at the location you select. Logs may contain filenames, file paths and error details. They are not automatically sent to us. Recovery copies may contain your document content. Encrypted-document recovery retains encryption. Remove the app's container only after saving any work and keys you need.
Native file and folder panels grant access to the items you select. Saved permissions support reopening after relaunch; macOS can revoke them. Selecting a cloud-provider folder uses the provider's existing macOS synchronization and its own policy. PDF Pro does not implement its own cloud storage. Printing sends the requested document to your selected printer and macOS print service.
Web and email links open in your browser or email app when requested. PDF document links require confirmation. Those services receive normal connection information according to their own policies. Store updates and purchases are handled by Apple. The Mac App Store build does not contact GitHub to check for updates.

This static website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It uses no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, advertising or application cookies. Cloudflare receives request information such as IP address and browser headers to deliver and secure the website; see https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
If you email support, Stackwares receives your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and troubleshoot. Please avoid sending confidential documents, passwords or private keys. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to legal retention obligations. No automatic app-data upload occurs.
